If you are lucky to have friends or relatives who wake up earlier - ask them to
wake you up. You may ask friend to call your number (just have your phone close so you
don't wake up all the house or your neighbours). Or you may ask a friend who is jogging
in the morning by your house to knock your door.
The secret of this trick is actually not the fact someone give you a wake up call (alarm clock can do
it as well). The main thing is that you feel as you have to get up because someone
has made an effort to help you and you need to respond. You want to meet their expectations.
You don't want that person to think they wasted their time on you and think you're looser.
It's like you automatically give them a promise and you have
to stand by your words. That is, you have one more solid reason to get up early in the morning.
